This layout is loaded with handmade florals made out of diecuts from fantasy dies.

Chirstmas Lantern - Splashymix Inspiration

 I am here to share my inspiration on our December moodboard at Splashymix challenge.

How you are inspired from the above moodboard? Christmas? winter? lights? winter flowers? colours? baby?

Since we are getting close to Christmas, i chose to make a christmas decor for home. Lanterns always brings joy to the festive mood. I have made a Christmas lantern inspired by the lights and colours of the Moodboard.

DIY Christmas gifts

 Hello crafty friends,

I am here today to share my inspiration for Craftgully DT team featuring Scrappy Tales Christmas Element sheet.

It's December, and most of us have started preparing for Christmas Gifts. I have created easy DIY ideas for Christmas gifts using Scrappy Tales Christmas Element sheets like Cards, Tags, Treat boxes, Embellishments, Mini Scrapbook box. Check for the process video below for some of the DIY christmas ideas

Materials Required:

* A2 size Card stock

* Scrappy Tales Christmas Element sheet

* Perfect Craft Glue

* Red Lustre Sequins

* 1mm round Red glitter balls

* White Gesso - for highlighting

Sparkle Mixed media Layout for Craftbox

Dear Crafty Friends,

Today i share a mixed media layout for Craftbox UK Design a part of their design team. If you have missed my DTkit unboxing you can view it here.

I have used Alice in Wonderland Paperpack for this layout. I have made a process video of this beautiful layout. 

I added a design to the background using stencils and modeling paste to add some texture. 

then layered a lot of paper from the same collection before placing the photo. Next, I added in some gorgeous handmade flowers. 

 

To embellish my page I also added chipboards, lace, pebbles, beads, sequins , decostones etc

To finish, I added sprinkled some white gesso for highlights.

DIY Mini scrapbook album tutorial

Hello everyone!

I am here to share a video-tutorial on DIY Mini scrapbook album using 12x12 scrapbook paper.

Materials required: 

- 12*12 cardstock

- ITD collection - Fire Ogien scrapbook paper pack
- scoreboard
- scissor

- glue

- double sided tape

- paper cutter
- small magnet
- floral embellishments, diecuts 
- pearls

 Step by step scrapbook mini album:

First let us prepare the base of the scrapbook

1.Take one 12x12 cadstock and score at 4",8",12" and cut it into 3 pieces.

2.Take one 4"x12" sheet and score at 2,5,7,10 - this will be outer cover of the album.

3.Take the other two sheets of 4"x12" and score at 3",6"and 9" and attach one to form accordion page

4.Adhere the other end of the accordion sheet to the inner side of the outer cover sheet.

5.For the waterfall flaps - Take 4 sheets measuring 2 7/8" * 3 6/8" and score at 0.5" on the top of 2 7/8" fold it

6. Now attach the flaps to the inner side of the cover sheet one by one

7. Attach the magnets with double sided tape to the end of the cover sheet

We have completed the base of the album.

Now start decorating the album.

1. Cut the 16 Nos of design paper with measurement - 3 7/8" X 2 7/8"

2. Cut the 6 Nos of design paper with measurement - 1 7/8" X 2 7/8"

3. Waterfall flaps - cut 4 Nos of design paper with measurement - 2 6/8" X 3 5/8"

Now attach all the design paper at the respective pages of base scrapbook.

Then finally decorate the front portion the album with florals,diecuts, butterfly and sentiment

Entering this project to current month challenge at More than Words challenge. This layout was created for my husband on his birthday. This photo was clicked at a temple, all our family members applied the thilak on his forehead in layers like the temple gopuram. it was the funniest moment which he never forgets. hence decided to include that picture in this layout.

Red & blue @Polkadoodle

Hello Peeps,

It's time for new challenge at Polkadoodles. This week the theme for DT girls is to create anything with RED WHITE and BLUE but for you all it’s always Anything Goes.

I have created a fun layout with pre-coloured image from the Horace and Boo collection - Scooting Around. I have stenciled background with distress paints & itsy bitsy block stencil.Fussy cut all the images from the design sheet and adhered all it foam tape. Added some 3d stickles over the flowers to glitter

Memories with Tea

Dear Friends,

Here is my second card for Coffee lovers blog hop using Gracielle Design Digi stamp.

i have decorated the front page of personalised scrapbook which i made for a colleague on his retirement

 

I have coloured the digi using Faber castel colour pencils and fussy cut it.
Pasted the image on the page and add the sentiments.Decorated it with qullied flowers.
