Hello crafty friends,
I am here today to present you a DIY video tutorial on how to create a heart shaped mixed media card made as my DT assignment for DIY - Zrob to sam.

Have you seen the competition theme of our November Inspirations.
Take out the old books and Newspaper out and create some thing with it

You will need:
- Cardstock
- White Gesso
-Gel Medium
- Colour sprays
- Art deco stones
- Handmade flowers
- Diecuts - Leaves & butterflies

- Honey comb chipboard
- Old Newspaper
- Sequins
- Glue
- Glitters

-  Sentiment

Here are the steps in brief.
I started with making a heart shaped card. Then to the heartshaped card front i coated a layer of White gesso then sticked pieces of old newspaper over it. Then brushed a layer of gesso again

Dry it with heat gun and added layers with chipboard using Gel medium and sprinkled deco stones over it.
Added colours with colour sprays.I have used sprayed Expressions craft Sprinkle mist - Forest green & Citrus yellow colour

Then by layered with Handmade flower and diecuts.

Finished the cardfront by adding with sequins,Butterflies and sentiment.
