Dear Friends,
Mothers are special for the care and love they give us. The best moments in my life is the time when I gave birth to my son & daughter.
I am being thankful for what I got from my mother. Made a card for her to make her feel happy.
Today i showcase this at Let's Craft & Create Challenge Blog as a part of my DT assignment
Steps involved in creating this card.
Steps involved in creating this card.
- On textured cardstock stencilled the background with damask stencil & distress inks for the first layer.
- Then added textures with modelling paste and stencil over it
- Added some dots of black watercolours with brush
- Heat embossed with Golden embossing powder and Altenew beautiful days stamp on a Canson mason watercolour papers. and coloured it with Dawler Rowney watercolour palette.
- To the cardbase, added some crochet thread & silk thread
- Adhered the fussy cut stamp image to the card base and added sequins to beautify

Your water coloring on these beautiful Altenew flowers is gorgeous. The stenciled texture paste in the background adds a nice touch. Pretty card.

Such a beautiful card! Sadly, as Kareen has mentioned in her comment, the More Than Words Main Challenge is only open to layouts, canvases and art journal pages. Also, although you have linked to the MTW blog, I do not see the MTW blog mentioned anywhere in your post nor do I see the board image. Still happy you could share your work with us.
