Butterfly stamp slimline card

  Hello crafty friends,

Today I am sharing with you my DT inspiration for Let's craft and create challenge blog.

The theme this month is

Challenge 172 - things with wings

I have created a slimline card with butterflies.

 

For the card front, I stenciled the background with distress inks - salted ocean, moved lawn and squeezed lemonade. Then stamped the butterfly image from kaisercrafts Ma Cherie stampset.

The sentiment is from itsybitsy stamp. I heat embossed this on a black cardstock with white embossing powder. Adhered the sentiment and butterflies to the card front. Then glue the cardfront to the cardbase.

Final touch of beautifying the card is done by spritzing some black gesso and added some clear drops to the card.
