Fairy garden in tea cup

Hello crafty friends

I am here today to share with you an step by step of an altered tea cup  and plate for DIY Zrob to Sam blog.

Here is my fairy garden in a tea cup

Before...

After...

What you need

- Old tea cup and Plate
- Aluminium Foil
- Black Gesso
- Art Gel Medium
- IMMIX Metallic paints
- Expressions Craft Mushroom Fairies Stampset
- Cardstock
- Black Archival ink
- Zig Watercolours
- Sisal Fibre
- Green Moss
- IMMIX Deco stones
- Glitters
- Glue

Process involved

Wrap the Cup and plate with aluminum foil. We can give a coat of gel medium over the plate and cup for strong adherence of the foil.

Then coat it completely with Black Gesso and allow it to dry.

Now coat the complete set with Immix Metallic paints - I have chosen green and red shades.

Now stamp the Mushroom fairies stampset on a cardstock and colour it with zig markers and fussy cut them.

I started decorating the base with sisal fibre, green moss, deco stones, flowers and arranged the fussy cut stamped images in way to look like fairy garden

Hope this project gave your a little inspiration for whatever you might create in the future .....

Thanks for coming and visiting.
