Quilled Diya base / Quilled tealight holder

Hi friends,

The challenge i have set in Indian Quilling Group is Diya base decoration.

Here is what I have done

Peacock themed Quilled Diya base

I have got many waste CDs, have treasured it to create a diya base. This festive season is all about lights and I got the time to take it out from my stash and use it into a beautiful recycled CD art - Quilled tealight holder / diya base.

I have mounted the quilled tear drops on the edges of the CD. Filled the inside part with beehive quilling. I have set the quilled dancing peacock feather pattern as a back drop. Embellished it with glasses, pearls and beads. Here it is.

May this festival of lights bring more happiness and prosperity to you all. Advance Happy diwali wishes to all.
